Important Registration Information

Registration must be completed in full to be considered for the competition. Number of players, permitted players, coaches and staff members per team are limited and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Completion of this form does not guarantee participation in the Carnival. The women’s competition will only go ahead if there is enough player interest and teams generated.
