All registrations are free of charge but must be completed by 12.00pm ACST on Friday 2 September.
Registration must be completed in full to be considered for the competition.
Number of players, permitted players, coaches and staff members per team are
limited and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Completion of this form does not guarantee participation in the Carnival.
The women’s competition will only go ahead if there is enough player
interest and teams generated.
Tjindu Foundation is only able to provide limited support for travel and accommodation; provisions will be prioritised based on distance from Adelaide.
Playing uniforms include guernsey, shorts and socks. 10 polo tops will be issued to teams for use by coaches and support staff.
